Are your bartenders licensed & insured?
Yes all of our bartenders are MAST 12 licensed & insured. Details will be sent directly to your venue. You don't have to worry about that.
What types of events do you provide bartending for?
We provide bartending services for weddings, private parties, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, engagement parties, graduations, anniversaries, backyard parties, social hours, dance parties, and special events throughout the Seattle and Puget Sound area.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We do not provide alcohol. We cannot do cash bars, and we cannot re - sell alcohol.
We give you a shopping list so you know how much alcohol to provide, and help you through the banquet permit process to obtain alcohol.
Can you help us figure out how much alcohol to buy?
Yes upon the deposit being made. We email you a complete shopping list of everything to purchase.
Do you provide mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, and ice?
Yes, that is an all inclusive add on. We can literally provide everything.
Cups & ice are typically provided for free for all bartending inquires.
Do you bring your own bar setup?
Yes we have a complete portable bar. This comes with a bar that takes up about 5 feet of space. Coolers & ice. It also comes with black linen.
How much space do you need for the bar?
Only 6 feet of space is really needed.
How many bartenders do I need for my event?
We work with a count of 1 bartender per 70 guests. If it is just beer & wine, then it is 1 bartender per 100 guests.
Can we create custom signature cocktails?
Yes, you can choose from our menu, or have your own signature cocktails!
We will provide the supplies if you want us too, just let us know!
The menu automatically comes with us providing the supplies.
Can you provide a full non-alcoholic bar?
Yes, if you want mocktails. Take a look at our mocktail menu! Or if you have other ones you want, let us know!
Yes we serve shots if your venue allows it. Just let us know, so we can bring appropriate cups.
Can you batch cocktails before the event?
Yes, most of the time we do, to speed up wait times, and avoid lines at the bar.
We can only do this if we provide the supplies!
How long does setup take?
We require an hour of setup & 30 minutes for clean up every event.
Do you travel outside Seattle?
Yes, we serve all of King, Snohomish, pierce, and Kitsap county.
How far in advance should I book bartending services?
6 - 9 months in advance for weddings.
3 - 6 months for Corporate events.
1 - 2 months for birthdays & other private events.
Yes a 50 % deposit is required.
Then seven days before your event, you just take care of the remainder!
How much do bartending services cost?
Pricing depends on guest count, event length, travel, number of bartenders, drink menu, etc.,,
Private & corporate bartending services typically start around $350, while wedding bartending services typically start around $500.
Do you accept tips or gratuity?
Yes we automatically put in a 20% gratuity, and come equipped with tip jars.
Let us know, if you don't want us to bring jars. We will just not bring it!
