Do your waitstaff help with event setup?
Yes they do. Please be sure to let us know ahead of time, that you need help with the venue setup.
We may recommend extra waitstaff in the beginning to make sure it is done at a reasonable enough time.
Do your waitstaff set tables?
Yes. We can assist with table settings, including plates, silverware, glassware, napkins, water glasses, menus, place cards, and other tabletop items provided by the client, caterer, planner, or rental company.
Do your waitstaff serve drinks?
Our waitstaff can assist with non-alcoholic beverage service, water service, coffee service, tea service, and drink station support.
Our bartenders handle the alcohol service.
Can your waitstaff refill water glasses?
Yes we provide the tools necessary to do this. They also will go around and do wine service.
Do your waitstaff help with cleanup?
Yes, cleanup can mean two different things.
If you don't need help with your venue cleanup then we will sweep, and take care of trash at the end of the event, so you avoid cleaning fees.
If you do need help with the venue, then we will take care of the chairs & tables, plus the sweeping, and trash logistics.
What if I already have food but need staff to serve it?
That is a great fit for our waitstaff services. Whether food is provided by a caterer, restaurant, food truck, drop-off catering, or the host, our team can help set up, serve, maintain, and clean up the food service area.
We can also pick up the food from the location, if you can't have it picked up yourself or delivered.
How many waitstaff do I need?
We work with a general rule of thumb for one server per 25 guests. Although depending on the type of the event, you may need less.
How early do waitstaff arrive?
Waitstaff always arrive one hour before service time.
Can I book waitstaff only, without bartending?
Yes, if you don't want to have a bar, but want to take care of your guests.
Waitstaff is perfect for this.
How much do waitstaff services cost?
This depends more on how many you need. If you need the setup & cleanup of the venue, how long you need them for.
Typically though, expect between $150 for low end low guest count events.
to $1500 to higher end, and high guest count events.
Yes there is a 50% deposit required. Seven days before the event, you would just take care of the remainder.
