What private party services do you offer?
TheYouthfulCocktail provides professional bartending, waitstaff, coffee stations, hot cocoa bars, cold drink stations, catering support, venue setup crew, and event service support for private parties. We can support birthdays, anniversaries, house parties, backyard events, engagement parties, holiday parties, graduation parties, dinner parties, and celebrations of all sizes.
Do you provide bartenders for private parties?
Yes. We provide licensed and insured bartenders with Washington MAST permits. Our bartenders can serve beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drink menus depending on your event style.
Can you help us create a cocktail menu?
Yes. We can help create a drink menu that fits your party theme, season, and guest preferences. You can keep it simple with beer and wine, or upgrade the experience with signature cocktails, mocktails, and a printed or displayed drink menu.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We can provide alcohol, only if it is to a private house for a house party. We cannot provide it to your event at a venue.
Do you provide mixers and cocktail ingredients?
Yes. Whatever type of drinks you want to have at your event. We provide all of the ingredients, mixers, syrups etc. for your event.
Do you provide non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, we can provide many non - alcoholic beverage options such as sodas, mocktails, and juices.
Do you provide a portable bar?
Yes. A portable bar can be included with your event. The Cooler rental also is included with the portable bar setup.
Do you bring bar tools and supplies?
Yes we provide all of the bartender bar tools & supplies such as napkins toothpicks, straws.
Do you provide cups?
Yes. Disposable cups is included with your service. Glassware rental may also be available for a more elevated party experience.
Do you provide ice?
Yes, ice is always included.
Do you offer waitstaff for private parties?
Yes. Waitstaff can help with food service, buffet support, tray-passed appetizers, guest assistance, clearing plates, refreshing stations, dessert service, and cleanup. This is especially helpful when you want to enjoy your own party instead of managing the details.
Do you offer coffee stations for private parties?
Yes. Our coffee station is set up like a hotel-style station and can include regular coffee, decaf coffee, hot water, tea packets, creamer cups, sugar packets, raw sugar packets, sweetener packets, stir sticks, napkins, and cups or mugs.
Do you offer hot cocoa bars?
Yes. We offer build-your-own hot cocoa stations for birthdays, holiday parties, winter gatherings, family events, and cozy celebrations. The station can include hot cocoa, marshmallows, whipped cream, biscotti, mints, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other seasonal toppings.
Can you work at a home or backyard event?
Yes. We can work in private homes, backyards, rented venues, rooftops, community spaces, and event halls. We will confirm setup space, access, power needs, and service details before the event.
How much space do you need?
For bartending, we need enough space for the bar setup, coolers, supplies, and guest flow. Coffee and hot cocoa stations usually work best on a 6-foot or 8-foot table. We can help recommend the right setup based on your space.
Can you help with small private parties?
Yes. We can support smaller gatherings as well as larger celebrations. Whether you need one bartender, a simple coffee station, or a full-service party team, we can build a plan around your event.
