Yes. Our waitstaff can assist with tray-passed appetizers, buffet service, plated meal support, water service, table clearing, dessert service, champagne pours, cleanup, and general guest hospitality throughout the event.
Yes. We offer build-your-own hot cocoa bars that are especially popular for winter weddings, outdoor receptions, dessert hour, and late-night service. The station includes hot cocoa, toppings, mix-ins, serving supplies, and a styled display table.

We also can do a coffee bar, that is more of a hotel style setup, for guests.
Yes. We can serve mocktails, water stations, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and other non-alcoholic beverages. This is a great option for guests who do not drink alcohol, family-friendly weddings, or daytime celebrations.
No. We can help guide your bar planning venue rules.  Couples provide the alcohol, while we provide the bartenders, setup support, mixers, garnishes, etc.
Yes. Once we know your guest count, service length, drink menu, and whether you are serving beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, coffee, or other beverages, we can help estimate quantities so you are prepared without overbuying too much.
Yes we bring everything.  This includes cups napkins, straws, toothpicks for garnish styling.
Yes Ice is always included unless your venue has an ice maker.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with venues, planners, caterers, DJs, photographers, and other vendors to keep the wedding timeline running smoothly. We can follow the venue’s setup rules, service requirements, and breakdown schedule.
Yes. We can provide service for cocktail hour only, reception-only service, late-night service, or full wedding coverage from guest arrival through final cleanup.
Yes. We can assist with champagne pours, tray-passed champagne, toast setup, glass placement, and service timing so the toast is ready when your planner or DJ cues the moment.
Yes. Our staff can help with cake cutting support, dessert table maintenance, passing desserts, serving late-night snacks, clearing plates, and keeping the dessert area clean and guest-ready.
Yes. We can assist with setting up the bar, beverage stations, coffee station, hot cocoa bar, service areas, and guest-facing displays. At the end of service, we can break down tables & chairs to avoid cleaning fees from the ​venue.
Per bar needs 5 ft of space.

The hot cocoa & coffee bars need 8 ft. of space.
We arrive one hour early & leave one hour after service.
We usually work with one waitstaff per 25 guests.

One bartender per 70 guests.

Yes, if you don't mind us putting out a tip jar. We usually do.

If you want to put on a gratuity no problem.  A gratuity, is automatically added on to every booking anyway.
