What is included with the Hot Cocoa & Coffee Bar service?
Our service includes a beautifully styled station for hot Chocolate. We provide a hotel-style coffee station with a non - alcoholic cold station.
The Hot cocoa has toppings, mix-ins, décor, serving supplies, and a polished table setup designed to match the feel of your event. You can even mix liquor with it, if you like.
What is a hotel-style coffee station?
When you walk into an event, it will be a little pop - up station of regular - decaf - tea, and two cold drink options.
Everything comes with it, including a pre set of tea options. It is a self - serve station, so guests just pour it themselves.
Do you provide the table and decorations?
We provide the station setup and décor styling. The station is typically displayed on one large table with signage, serving containers, toppings, drink supplies, and decorative details, etc.
Is this self-serve or staffed?
It is self serve, if you have no servers available, someone will have to accommodate the station to keep it maintained. So it would automatically be included.
How much space do you need?
We would need about 8 feet of space.
How much do these services cost.
Pricing depends mostly on what the nature of your event is. Although, it starts typically at $3 per person for the Coffee station.
The hot cocoa bar is contingent, upon the selections you choose, and other factors. Please contact us for a custom quote for your event.
Do you need access to power?
Yes preferably, for both types of stations. Power would really be appreciative, but not a requirement!
How much space do you need for the bar?
Only 6 feet of space is really needed.
How long does setup take?
Setup for both services, will need an hour for setup & one hour minutes for breakdown.
How long can the station stay open?
The station, can be open for as long as you want it!
Can the station match our event theme or colors?
Yes. We can style the station to match your event’s look, season, or theme.
Can we choose the toppings?
Yes we have a pre set of toppings & ingredients you can choose from!
Can you batch cocktails before the event?
Yes, most of the time we do, to speed up wait times, and avoid lines at the bar.
We can only do this if we provide the supplies!
How long does setup take?
We require an hour of setup & 30 minutes for clean up every event.
Do you provide cups, napkins, and serving supplies?
Yes, those are automatically included.
