A rep then reaches out to your phone in less than 24 hours to speak more about your event details to decide if we are a proper fit to help you through a quick phone call.

Move forward.

Following our call, you receive a detailed email outlining everything you should expect on your day.

Prepare for your event

After the deposit 50% has been sent. We prepare staff & supplies for your event. You would t hen receive your shopping list. You would then send the remainder 50% payment seven days before your event.

Your event day

Three days before your event. You get the names of your helpers for your day. Once your event day arrives, we do the complete service. Once done, a rep will reach out to you, if you want to leave a review, and a gratuity.
