A rep then reaches out to your phone in less than 24 hours to speak more about your event details to decide if we are a proper fit to help you through a quick phone call.

Move forward.

Following the phone call, if we all agree that it makes sense for us to work together. We plan a second call where we present to you our plan, what you should expect, the prices, shopping list, and the 50% deposit invoice, so you know exactly how we will help your event to go smoothly.

Prepare for your event

After the deposit has been sent. We immediately prepare for your event. We update you on the process as things are completed, You would then send the remainder 50% payment five days before your event!

Your event day

Once your event day arrives, we do the complete service. Once done, a rep will reach out to you, if you want to leave a review, and a gratuity.
