He gave me clear instructions and list of what he would bring and what we'd need to provide. He was polite, professional and all my guests enjoyed having him in the party. He was quite adept at quickly taking requests and crafting them finely. One of the guests asked him to make lemon drop shots for around 40 people and he did so with a smile.
